had my first officially monthly performance yesterday, not a song that i wrote but there will be 1-2 or even 3 to come soon after my common test,but theres stil so many things to do after that.I have my InE, need to memorise my fretboard,this n that..argh..
anyway that performance yesterday was satisfactory,a simple nice pop song which do not really need immense rehearsing hours to perform live.Good job limin,chewy and pris! We didn screw up!yAY.lol

overpopulated small red dot
seems long since i blogged,maybe its becoming a habit.Anyway watched CNA few hours back.Quite inspired by the story of 3 guys.1 is a fashion designer who once clothed princess diana,2nd 1 is a genius pianist who fell into depression n got up again,3rd 1 has been quite a unknown guitarist/singer playin in pubs until last year when TIMES magazine spotted him and made his interview into a TWO-PAGE SPREAD on the magazine!

rocks and stones
wont u like to live your life a little differently?Instead of a regular pay 9-5 job and planning long-term for your sons and daughters just so you could retire in peace with your cpf contributions and maybe enough low-risk investment to support you for the rest of your live.
Or would you like to live it on a slightly wilder side.Travel around with just a few lugguage around the world,meeting people.Doing what you like,being paid maybe a little lesser than regular jobs, but who knows?May be what you earned in your life later would be much more than what people normally do.
High risks comes Higher returns,this i gladly accept.Except it sounds alittle too sad.

just realised im off the 100th post of my blog!YAY!Wait did i blog about it lastime?ARGH...
Anyway my throat felt better now,im full of energy during the meeting about fmgt project at TCC @ raffles place.But my voice sounded more awful than when my throat was much pain.Funny huh?When your throat pain you sound perfectly nice.
Ah babies nowadays are so smart.Cats too.THis world is getting weirder.Meet the Fookers totally is nice =)

emotional bliss
ToNITE,was quite a bit of sudden emotional shocked.The best american idol episode i ever felt.May be its my bad throat,May be its the idols crying upon gg home,May be its because they play some of the most inspirational songs like aerosmith's dream on and some dreamy song which the david DE-LA-VA-LA-GO or sth lidat sang.REally touching, lucky i was the only 1 at the couch,if not things wouldn have gone emotional.
When people don't understand,they just assume.YEa its only you and me now.=)
Should have gone to doc to see the throat after school,but while installing accpac at canteen 1 i saw Gary and gang,they say they having meeting and i can go the clubhouse to play if i wanted.SO I DID =)). I went slow this time i guess,just played slow solo in the key that Meihar is playing for her own composition.Just so sweet =)
Most of the time i just doubt whether i would be like SRV,but i will just go on and on,furthermore,technology can certainly take us further,when 20yrs be4 hardly anyone heard of blues,now u can just spam on youtube!YAY!

if only happy memories would appear only
today is a bad day,last night had a hard time sleeping,turns out i have slight fever,sore throat.but morning after eating panadol i become better.But come home took a nap and my fever is back again.BUt now i feel better,into the mood of doing homework,though my head stil quite big..
WORSE THING IS!I WAITED 6HRS AND MY ACCPAC HAVEN INSTALL FINISH!WTH,I COULD HAVE SLACk AT SCC CLUBHOUSE AND PLAY GUITAR WITH THE REST INSTEAD OF SLACKING THERE LA!BUT ANYWAYY..IN E END I WHEN THERE FOR LIKE 35MINS.YAY!!!35mins of happiness=))

Now at starbucks studying now,taking a little resting time off to blog,since i think i have been dreaming there until i took up my highlighter and started to highlight words when i realised im actually awake.
Anyway the service people there made me go back in memories,where i went to sentosa to do survey.U talk cheerfully and chirpy,kinda breaking out of your normal self,it makes working fun.Well they sound fun,talking and laughin among colleagues,they are malay anyway,so maybe they are more cheerful.
Maybe i should work at a starbucks soon when im free,it would be a good working environment,with jazzy/blues music in the house and u can talk loudly and happily to welcome customers.Ah well ANYWAY,BACK TO STUDIES.CYA

i found myself a girl whom i really really admire alot now.LIke SErIOUSLY!I never admire a female popstar/rockstar/movie star before,maybe just adore.But this girl is simply amazing!

ahh today had a great day.Met new people in BaComm,lemme see if i can remember the names..junhui,kok sheng,jeff,kelly,claire,xin jie..hmm forgot some others..
After that i saw Ziqin and it turns out she,Gary,Chienwen and another guy-whom-i-forgot-his name,shit man!!Ok they are gg to perform at a wedding,cool or not?!?!
And they rehearsed alot of cover songs while i and the "another guy" were jamming irritatingly near them.Its so great to have a partner to play with!YEAH!

HI!ITS ALREADY 1.22am and counting andddd i haven bathe since i left school.Just returned from SongComposingClub at around 1130?Ate my dinner around that time too while chatting online about business proposal with my group mates
Heres a little peek of what i added to the proposal while i wait for the alterations and arguments with my group mates =)
5. Our preferred location
Meanwhile, we are still unable to verify the suitable locations for our stall, hopefully Npark would give us a few choices to choose from, or the freedom to choose our location.
6. Food and beverages provided
They will most likely be homemade so to provide customers the freshness of the products, cost and price sold for the food and beverages will likely to be cheap and affordable as well.
It also does not require any sophisticated equipment to make them.
Quality shall also be exercised and assured by us using good ingredients and safe measures of preparing them
7. Equipments used
Possibly toasters, blenders, device to keep food at a constant warm temperature, freezer to chill food, a cart or makeshift stall to place our equipments, bicycles/rollerblades etc what makes delivery convenient
8. Purchase of food
We will be trying to get our hands on made-ready sausages etc directly from the manufacturer factory so the price would hopefully be cheaper.
9. Procedures of payment of rental
We hope Npark, supporting the Singapore government in encouraging more young entrepreneurs trying to step out of their shell to open small businesses, would encourage us by waivering the rental fee or at least subsidise part of it, for the 1 month that we will be conducting our business.
We are also approaching our school for funding under the Entrepreneur scheme and the chances of success are pretty optimistic.
HOPEFULLY MY GOOD KARMA WILL HELP ME ATTAIN SUCCESS IN THIS PROPOSAL TO NPARK!

Today was a sucky day,forgot today had IFA tutorial,thought audi den costing.Damn,malu sia.Saded
Forgot to bring laptop summore,blur sia,the rest of class went to install their laptop with accpac after lunch whereas i went to hang with Horace in 1 of the rooms with Horace.Nextime go library must book that room sia! XD
Borrowed Guitar Player book home,because it contains BLUES LICKS!HELL YEAH!
Stil is seriously think i should improve theoretically so i can jam easier and learn more blues style chords so i can mix chords and solos together.

just watched finish what's eating Gilbert Grape.Starring johnny depp,leonardo dicaprio and Juliette something.
A very in depth touching,loving story.Not your boy-girl type of love,but all types of love.Johnny plays Glibert Grape who has his hands full of takin care of his family which consists of a HEAVILY overweight mom and a mentally retarded brother.Out pop a girl who passes into his life,where he feels humane again.
Its a very slow movie that passes so fast silently that i wont mind watching again.Gilbert is such a cooped up person that he is just so isolated.
1 of the most touching scene is after meeting Gilbert's gf,mommy decided to walk upstairs finally to rest on her bed,which she didn do so in 16years.There she laid and died.But overall its a happy movie,fills u up with emotions in your spare time

bleeding blues
ahh lets see,today i finished my costin homework,quite unsatisfied with the numbers,must haf did something wrong.
Just finished paragraph 1 of the blues solo,the most technically challengin shit i ever met currently.Proving to myself i can get the feel right and "comparable" technique with SRV.Blues is not super fast anyway,just need to be precise with the bendings,which is so super tough on my hands,but the pull-offs are ok la,except hard to figure out the notes.
I may only be 80% correct,but who cares la,as long the feel there can already.
If u cant feel the pain,you cant feel the blues,my finger smell like fish now,rotting skin.Cya

today was better in lectures,guess cuz yesterday was a free day,so was energized for today.Its good that i can focus better.
