yesterday i went to suntan at my condo,fatal error, it was around 1+ so the sun was behind my head, in the end my legs and body were red,my face..not really.Lesson learnt nextime will turn the chair around =/

Like i said,my estate's angmohs are much more tan den me,argh.

today went gym,met a old guy name Sunny,he's like 73 this year, either 72/75 la so i take the average of these 2 numbers. Dam fit,can move his boobs.LoL, he taught me how to use the gym,sibei tiring sia..in e end i didn run the 5km i planned to.DAMN..
